Cloister Inn Hotel Prague

Our room at the Cloister Inn was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a hotel in a great location with plenty of things to do nearby, including the Old Town and Charles Bridge. The lobby had a comfortable seating area and easy access to the subway. Our spacious room provided us with a washing line and a hair dryer, and the breakfast had plenty of options.

The housekeeping staff didn't do a good job during our stay.

Overall my stay was very comfortable and I would happily return. Pleasant clean hotel and staff was POLITE. I greatly enjoyed the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Good restaurant served local specialties.

Location was optimal very close to center, staff were obliging, everything was fairly clean throughout. I slept so comfy in the extremely comfy bed. Budget hotel, had a really good service.

This hotel surpassed my expectations! The location was perfect - I was able to walk to all the major tourist attractions and some of the top 100 restaurants in this city. The staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and I appreciated the complimentary drinks in my room's fridge. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options.

Centrally located mid-priced Inn. Quiet, clean and modern rooms with excellent air conditioning. Helpful multi-lingual staff. Complimentary coffee/tea machine available 24/7. Adequate continental breakfast with fresh and varied food.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was fantastic. They provided complimentary beers and water in the fridge, a thoughtful touch that I haven't experienced before. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was also ideal, situated in the Old Town but on a quiet street, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep while still being within walking distance of all the top attractions. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with comfortable beds and all the key facilities needed for a comfortable stay.

The staff went above and beyond, arranging a taxi for us at 4am to ensure a smooth departure. They were kind and helpful throughout our stay. I particularly appreciated the tea and coffee in the lobby, a warm treat after a chilly day outside. The fantastic value for money, cleanliness, and great selection of food for breakfast added to the overall experience. The little touches, such as the complimentary water and beer in the room, made our stay even more enjoyable. I would like to commend Kamil, who went out of his way to help us during a thunderstorm, making sure we arrived on time for our Jazz boat evening.
